  • Lead or ensure the implementation of market assessment and also penetrate and capture the market for our products
  • Provide recommendations for and support to pre-positioning activities
  • Lead Capture Management support activities such as: facilitating workshops; performing gap analysis; summarizing key value propositions and sales/win themes; and performing targeted client/opportunity-specific research
  • Provide proposal development leadership to support a variety of top-level proposal submittals to obtain a niche market for the company’s products
  • Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management
  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets
  • Oversees and evaluates market research
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Prior experience in capture, marketing, and/or proposal development/support experience is required
  • Excellent leadership, professional writing/editing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work in fast-paced environment when required.
  • A strong understanding of the market sectors for the company’s products
  • Targets and driving sales growth in the international market
  • Will play a strategic role in building the brand and to drive business and sustain profitability
  • Develop a positive image of the company through various communication initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
